All items are custom made to order. Due to this we do not keep inventory ready to ship. Each item is ordered in its own right. Therefore, customers can be assured that they will receive a unique, one-of-a-kind product.

We work hard to ship as quickly as possible; our standard time is 7-10 business days. We have many clients who work directly with us on large orders for their organizations. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and quality products to our customers, which is why we work hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Depending on what we have on our schedule we may ship your order sooner or later than 7-10 business days.

Depending on volume we may exceed this time. Please refer to any information or pop-ups posted on our website. In some cases, orders can be shipped earlier or later than the estimated 7-10 business days, so please be sure to check the website for any additional updates. Please expect during busy times (July through September) that orders may take 4-6 weeks due to the number of orders during this time. 

Google Reviews or other social media reviews please read - spirit wear customers are not allowed to submit reviews. We set up spirit wear stores in accordance with schools and other organizations' policies. Customers purchasing through our stores agree not to leave reviews (positive or negative) about spirit wear orders. Reviews about spirit wear will be removed. If reviews are not removed we will take legal action to remove them. All associated court costs and attorney fees (including ours) will be billed to the person leaving the review.

We do not offer express service. The time listed on the shipping methods is the time USPS estimates it will take to ship from us to you. We take our customers' feedback seriously and only want reviews that are helpful and constructive. We cannot accept reviews that are false or misleading and must take action to protect our reputation. Therefore, any reviews that do not meet this standard will be removed to ensure the integrity of our product. This DOES NOT include production time. There is a disclaimer about this on the shipping information page.  To ensure that you receive your items on time, please allow the production time stated on each product's page in addition to the USPS shipping time listed.

Due to supply issues created by the pandemic, we may have to substitute brands from time to time. This is due to an insufficient supply of brands listed in the descriptions. However, we strive to ensure that all substitutes are of equal or higher quality than the original product. Size may vary from brand to brand. Substitute brands may be different in size based on manufacturers' specifications. Substitute brands are usually the same in size or slightly oversized. 

All shipping costs are based on the weight of the item(s). We use standard United States Postal Service rates at checkout. If you are in Arizona ordering, we suggest using standard shipping as everything will arrive within three to four days.
