REFUND POLICY

Since all orders are custom made items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any product. We will work with you to get the product right if there is a defect in the product creation. However, we will try our best to ensure the customer's satisfaction with the product. We are not liable for damages during shipping or lost packages once received by the carrier.

Due to supply issues created by the pandemic, we may have to substitute brands from time to time. This is due to an insufficient supply of brands listed in the descriptions. However, customers can rest assured that the substituted brands will provide the same quality of product as listed in the descriptions. Size may vary from brand to brand. Substitute brands may be different in size based on manufacturers' specifications. Substitute brands are usually the same in size or slightly oversized. 

Any claims for quality or order issues must either be made at time of pick up if picked up in person, or within 48 hours of delivery. However, caution should be taken when purchasing a substitute brand, as they may not meet the same standards as the original brand. The date and time used for this will be the carrier's date and time stamp of delivery. A claim does not guarantee replacement. This is done at the discretion of Scorpion Sportswear & Apparel based on the information provided by the customer. 

We do not offer express delivery services for website orders. All orders are processed in the order received. All timeframes quoted are approximate based on the current number of orders and how fast we can produce them. However, all orders are given the same level of attention and quality, regardless of the timeframe. 

Please read about final sales, order cancellations and chargebacks. These terms are non-negotiable.

All orders are final. No refunds or cancellations without the permission of Scorpion Sportswear & Apparel. Customers who fail to communicate with us prior to cancelling or chargebacking their order will be subject to the $25 fee. This fee is non-negotiable if you use this method for a refund and order cancellation we did not approve. At checkout you agree that all sales are final. 

Google Reviews or other social media reviews please read - spirit wear customers are not allowed to submit reviews. However, customers are encouraged to provide feedback directly to the store, to ensure the best experience possible. The policies and terms we set with schools and other organizations determine spirit wear stores. Customers purchasing through our stores agree not to leave reviews (positive or negative) about spirit wear orders. Reviews about spirit wear will be removed. If reviews are not removed we will take legal action to remove them. All associated court costs and attorney fees (including ours) will be billed to the person leaving the review.
